Interregional Accounts Concordance
✨From tkwa.me
The Interregional Accounts Concordance is a comparative accounting system for settled regions of the observable universe. Its 4-billion-CE edition reconciles regional returns for the epoch of 3 billion CE, while preserving the valuation rules used by each district. It covers established cluster economies and settled parts of the connecting filaments. Returns from the Shapley Supercluster cover its core districts; survey claims beyond the collection fronts are recorded separately.
The concordance places physical stocks and flows alongside measures of provision. Power is counted at final delivery, while fuel held in custody is distinguished from fuel already consumed and from resources still awaiting collection. Installed capacity is recorded separately from current output. Provision returns describe the services available to residents and beneficiaries under local arrangements, including access to power and continuity facilities. Population returns distinguish active residents, dormant beneficiaries and experienced person-years.
The millennial breakfast clubs illustrate why the population columns remain separate. A club of 120 members who resume for one shared hour every thousand calendar years records 120 maintained beneficiaries and 120 experienced hours per meeting: an average of 0.12 experienced hours per calendar year. Its host must still preserve all 120 records and support their simultaneous sitting. Beneficiary counts and reserved capacity record both obligations alongside the activity measure.
This separation permits comparisons across regions with different currencies and credit systems. A receiving yard's fuel stock, a plant's output contract and a beneficiary's claim on future service appear as distinct entries in related accounts. The treatment of custody is especially pertinent to the Virgo Receipt Crisis, in which warrants on consumed hydrogen had been accepted as collateral. The earlier Local Group Accounts Convention also distinguished managed custody from surveyed resources. The concordance’s regional comparisons concern recorded resources, production and provision. Welfare remains a separate question for each district's measures of value.
The concordance also separates ancestry from control of assets. In the historical Delft one-person strike, 64 copies of an instrument inspector organized against the original proprietor. One ancestral identity consequently appeared on both sides of a labour dispute. The later accounting convention counts maintained persons and identifies their actual claims; each worker has a beneficiary record, and the workshop's assets are recorded under their owner.
